- Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Certain items such as undergarments, accessories, or sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible if the desired size, color, or product is available.
- If unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. DressBari will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.
